Legal Agreement
Section 01
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bey939 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the services available at bey939.cam. By creating an account or placing a wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must not register an account or use any service offered by bey939. The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15 (Amendments) below.
bey939 is an online gaming and sports betting platform providing cricket betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports wagering and associated services to eligible players. The Platform is committed to transparent operations, clear terms and the promotion of responsible gambling practices across all markets it serves.

Access to and use of bey939 Platform Services is restricted to eligible individuals only. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or the laws applicable in your country of residence, whichever is greater. The Platform operates a strict adults-only access policy. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, all funds held will be reviewed in accordance with Applicable Law, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. You must not be acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship order or other restriction that limits your ability to enter into contracts.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bey939 does not claim that its services are licensed, approved or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Players in Pakistan must independently assess their obligations under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other Applicable Law before registering. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. bey939 does not represent that using this platform is lawful under Pakistani law. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in your area. This is not legal advice.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must register and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of a third party, a corporation or any other legal entity.
Section 04
To access Platform Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
You will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information during registration:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify bey939 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. The Platform accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
bey939 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, applications from individuals in restricted jurisdictions or those who have previously had accounts terminated for breach of these Terms.
Section 05
bey939 operates KYC and AML procedures in accordance with the requirements of its operating license and applicable international compliance standards. All Players are subject to identity verification before withdrawal requests are processed and may be subject to enhanced verification at any time.
You may be requested to provide one or more of the following:
The Platform aims to complete standard identity verification within a reasonable period following submission of complete and legible documentation. Delays in providing requested documents will result in corresponding delays in the processing of withdrawal requests. The Platform bears no liability for withdrawal delays attributable to incomplete KYC submissions.
KYC procedures protect both Players and the Platform by preventing underage gambling, identity fraud, money laundering and other financial crimes. Verification is a standard requirement across regulated online gaming platforms globally.
Section 06
Players may fund their accounts using payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability may vary. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency on the Platform are contextual references to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users and do not constitute an endorsement of, affiliation with or confirmation of gambling support by those providers. Actual availability is confirmed in the cashier only.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are published in the cashier. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Indicative processing times for each withdrawal method are published in the cashier. Times are from the point of Platform approval and do not include any additional processing time applied by the payment provider. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Account balances and transaction amounts may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or other supported currencies as displayed in the cashier. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the point of transaction.
Section 07
bey939 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on each promotional page in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games or bet types, minimum odds conditions and expiry period for each promotion are stated clearly on the relevant promotional page. Players are strongly advised to read and understand these requirements before opting into any promotion.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements within the stated promotional period will be forfeited automatically at expiry. The Platform will not reinstate expired bonus balances under any circumstances.
bey939 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend or terminate accounts where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
Section 08
bey939 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. The Platform's decision regarding the acceptance and settlement of all bets is final.
In the event of a manifest error, technical fault, system malfunction or erroneous odds being offered, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account balance. Winnings derived from manifestly erroneous odds or system errors will not be paid and are considered void.
Specific rules governing each casino game, slot title, table game and sportsbook market are published within the relevant game interface or betting market. These rules form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant product only.
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game result must be raised with the Platform's support team within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. Claims raised outside this window will not be considered.
Section 09
bey939 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all Platform Services. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and without requiring a support request:
Self-exclusion requests take effect within a reasonable period following confirmation. During an active self-exclusion period, Players may not register a new account. Circumventing a self-exclusion constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Section 10
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Upon detecting or reasonably suspecting any of the above conduct, bey939 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account, void all pending and settled bets, withhold balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate.
Section 11
All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, text, graphics and other materials available on bey939.cam ("Platform Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of bey939 or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Platform Services. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of bey939.
Section 12
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, bey939, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bey939 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Section 13
bey939 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity; a Player's request for self-exclusion; or the Platform ceasing to offer services in a particular jurisdiction.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any Real Money Balance held at the time of closure will be returned to you following completion of applicable KYC and AML checks, subject to there being no outstanding bonus wagering conditions or open disputes.
Upon account termination, your licence to access Platform Services is revoked immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 12 and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 14
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bey939 holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are available upon request to the support team.
Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so of their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local laws. bey939 makes no representation that the services described herein are appropriate for use in Pakistan or that such use is lawful under Pakistani law.
Section 15
bey939 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter period is required by Applicable Law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated at the top of this page under "Effective Date". We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your current rights and obligations.
